- Robert Dietz and Laps (from Digitaline) will represent Luciano's label next month at Cielo.
Minimal house and tech house institution Cadenza Records will begin a new residency in New York City next month.
The residency, a joint effort with local promoter Endless, will be the label's first in the US. The launch event at Cielo on Thursday, November 1st will feature Robert Dietz, a Frankfurt artist whose profile has steadily risen with his production output (for Cadenza as well as other heavy-hitting imprints like Cécille and Saved) over the past few years. Also confirmed is Laps, of the duo Digitaline, who will make his NYC debut with a live set. (He replaces Andrea Oliva, who recently cancelled due to visa issues.)
Looking ahead, the Endless crew will continue the Cadenza residency at Cielo and other NYC venues "on a monthly basis, on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, well into 2013." Tickets to next month's launch are available here on RA.
