Both artists will embark on an extensive Australian tour later this month.
Laurel Halo and Objekt are set to tour Australia together this September.
The visit precedes Halo's forthcoming album, Chance Of Rain, which is due out on Hyperdub at the end of October. Prior to her Australian tour, the Brooklyn artist will play four solo dates over in New Zealand, at Third Door Down in Christchurch, Queens in Dunedin and Puppies Bar in Wellington on September 12th, 13th and 14th respectively. Her Auckland gig will be at Whammy Bar on September 18th.
From there, Halo jets across the Tasman to begin her set of six Australian dates with Berlin-based producer Objekt, who will be making his debut appearance in the country. The pair will begin their journey at the Brisbane Powerhouse on September 19th, followed by a show at Sugar in Adelaide on the 20th. They head up to Sydney on the 21st to play the 2013 edition of OutsideIn festival at the Factory Theatre alongside Zomby, Jam City and Mark Pritchard, an event which is repeated on the 22nd for an all-ages crowd. ICSSC will host the Perth gig at The Bakery on September 27th, before the tour wraps up at Boney in Melbourne on the 28th.
