- The grime producer will re-release his Unknown To The Unknown EP with seven new tracks.
Slackk will release a CD version of this year's Minor Triads EP on November 11th.
Minor Triads was first released this past April as a digital-only EP on Unknown To The Unknown, showing off a more introspective side of Paul Lynch's grime obsession. Now he'll self-release an extended album-length version of the EP digitally and on CD. Ostensibly recorded around the same time, the new Minor Triads features a handful of new tracks—seven on the digital version and nine on the physical. Each CD will be numbered and handmade. You can sneak a peak of new track "Shinai" here, and a few others are available for streaming over at his BandCamp page, where you can also pre-order the record.
Lynch just released the six-track Failed Gods EP for Local Action, which RA's Maya Kalev described as "proper songs that emphasise melodies, futuristic timbres and intriguing structures, rather than beats made for MCs." You can also listen to a mix he did about a month ago for Electronic Beats that shines a light on the new wave of grime producers.
