- The German artist's double-vinyl LP was quietly released over the weekend.
Kassem Mosse has released an album on Workshop Records.
Though it was first teased a few weeks back, until today there's been no indication of what the LP would look or sound like. Typically for both artist and label, the record, titled Workshop 19, quietly arrived online over the weekend, and is expected to land at Hard Wax today. Those concerned about getting a copy needn't worry: Kassem Mosse took to Facebook last week to say, "it's NOT a limited release."
When contacted by RA, Workshop didn't divulge much about the album or even reveal the tracklist. The double-vinyl LP does, however, come with an extra artwork print, and arrives "shrink-wrapped in heavy duty debossed Workshop logo cover."
Kassem Mosse, real name Gunnar Wendel, has been a close associate of Workshop since 2007, putting out three solo 12-inches on the label and appearing on one various-artists EP. He has one album-of-sorts to his name already, a cassette-only offering from last year called Siege Of Troy (though that wasn't produced as Kassem Mosse).
Update: The album has now arrived at Hard Wax. You can listen to snippets here.
