- Out in August, Stop Trippin' is the first of several reissues of the Chicago ghetto tech OG by the label's Chiwax Classic arm.
Rawax will release its first Paul Johnson reissue on August 29th.
Johnson is the latest addition to the Berlin label's Chiwax Classic Edition subsidiary, which has featured K-Alexi, Boo Williams, Hardfloor and more controversially, Gemini, in the past. A veteran of the ghetto tech scene in Chicago, Johnson has had a plethora of releases on labels like Dance Mania, Cajual and Peacefrog since the early '90s, though his production output has slowed down since the mid-2000s.
The first volume of Traxx Series is a reissue of Johnson's 1995 12-inch Stop Trippin' on Relief Records, and it contains all five tracks from the original vinyl plus an extra (merely called "Unreleased Bonus Track"). You can stream clips below.
Tracklist

03. Unreleased Bonus Track

Rawax will release Traxx Series Volume 1 on August 29th, 2014.
