Casual Violence is also on the bill at tonight's Signal party.
Steve Bicknell will headline a Signal party in Manchester tonight.
It's the second event for Signal, following one with Token's [Ø] Phase back in July. Once again happening at The Whiskey Jar, this one will feature a somewhat rare local appearance from Bicknell, well known as one of the minds behind the long-running London techno party Lost along with the Cosmic Records imprint. Bicknell's first record in years, Lost Recordings 8: Transcendence marked the re-launch of Cosmic a couple months ago. Also confirmed is Casual Violence, the local artist who, after a few years of quiet on the release front, will see his next EP Expression Unrelated drop on Plector Records next month. He's locked in for a three-deck set to close out the night, and resident Antidote will take care of opening duties. Tickets to the party are available here on RA.
Then on Sunday, London heads can catch Casual Violence in action when he returns for another Dazed And Confuzed party. Atop the lineup at that one is a live set from the shadowy Swedish duo (and recent RA podcast mixers) SHXCXCHCXSH, and tickets can also be found on RA.
