The Sonic Groove boss will be playing live and DJing in support of his new album Irreformable.
Adam X will head stateside later this month for four gigs.
The latest visit to the US for the Brooklyn-bred, Berlin-based techno veteran, real name Adam Mitchell, will be in support of his new album Irreformable recently released on his label Sonic Groove. Three are live dates and one is a DJ set. His first stop is a live set at The Loft in Minneapolis on Friday, November 14th. That one's for an Intellephunk party called Turnt Up To 11, which also has DJ Hyperactive, Mistress Recordings affiliate Doubt and Centrific (celebrating his 40th birthday) on the lineup. The following evening, he'll play live at a Scene event in Detroit also featuring Chicago's Jeff Derringer.
On Saturday the 22nd, Mitchell will return to Brooklyn for an extended DJ set at Bossa Nova Civic Club, where the lineup also includes Reade Truth, a veteran DJ and producer who's appeared on Sonic Groove and Planet E. Then on Saturday the 29th, he'll swing through Denver for one more live set at a secretly located, all-night CrowdPleaser party.
