- The Michigan mainstays will relaunch their jungle label with a 12-inch from Jodey Kendrick's Lord Of The D alias in July.
Lord Of The D will release Dunstable Trax via Rewind Records this July.
The relaunch of Todd Osborn and Tadd Mullinix's jungle-focused label is happening after 11 years in dormancy. Osborn, who opened Detroit's first drum & bass record shop, produced for the label as Soundmurderer alongside Mullinix (as SK-1) for a grip of jump-up style EPs released in the late '90s and early '00s.
Jodey Kendrick, AKA Lord Of The D, is also a man of many names, having released as Alain Kepler and Black Narcissus, among others. Kendrick's highest profile releases have come courtesy of Rephlex, which released a compilation of SoundMurderer + SK-1's tracks for Rewind back in 2003.
