The new BE-AT.TV-affiliated series will hit record stores in Berlin and London in the coming weeks.
Three dates for new streaming series Wax Hounds are locked in for the coming weeks.
Wax Hounds debuted in Berlin last month, hosting an in-store set from Maayan Nidam at the city's Bikini Waxx record store. The premise behind the series is simple: a selector has one hour to trawl a shop's stock for tracks to play, then plays a one-hour in-store DJ set in front of a crowd. The set is also streamed via BE-AT.TV.
The next edition of Wax Hounds goes down at The Record Loft in Berlin tonight (March 23rd), with local veterans Jazzanova supplying the soundtrack. The series will then move on to London for a session with Nastia at Vinyl Pimp this Saturday, March 26th, before coming back to Berlin with San Soda at The Record Loft on April 20th. Each leg will be streamed over at BE-AT.TV, while those hoping to catch the sets in-store will need to register in advance.
