- Barbir and Nicola Kazimir team up for 13 tracks of oddball techno.
Les Points is releasing a new LP.
Gentrified Underground Youth is a 13-track album stretching across four sides of vinyl from Barbir and Nicola Kazimir, two of the Swiss operation's key members. The tracks explore frenetic yet quirky techno combined with the more bizarre aspects of IDM, deep house and electro, and the duo say their "flippancy left space for any kind of interaction and appropriation."
The collective is no stranger to the album format, having released three LPs on their eponymous label since 2015 along with a string of 12-inches, the most recent of which dropped on Seekers sub-label Twig.
