Seoul nightclub Mystik has announced it will close this July.
In a Facebook statement, the South Korean venue thanked fans for their "enthusiasm towards music" over the club's near six-year run. A series of three closing parties titled Good Night Mystik will start on June 30th, with Boris at the helm alongside locals Unjin and Suna. July 15th will be an all-residents affair with Oviduct, DJ Moritz, Seongsoo, DJ SIN and Cy Nico all playing their final sets at the venue, before A Guy Called Gerald closes things out on the 22nd with support from Eugene Blake and S.O.N.S.
Last November, Mystik was a stop in RA's In Residence series which celebrated a dozen of the world's best clubs with month-long takeovers. Across those four weekends the 150-capacity, Funktion One-equipped room played host to acts like Dixon, Moritz von Oswald and Binh, while other bookings have included Scuba, Lena Willikens, Marcel Dettmann and the South Korean leg of Giegling's Planet Giegling tour.
