The multi-purpose arts space, in the Swedish city's Slaughterhouse district, will host Larry Heard, Skatebård and Jayda G this summer.
A new 2200-capacity arts space opens its doors tonight in Stockholm.
Kvarteret, a music, art and theatre venue in the Swedish capital's Slaughterhouse district, will have four rooms, two of which are outdoors. As well as club nights, the venue will host films, exhibitions and immersive theatre shows.
The venue's opening weekend party, which kicks off tonight and carries through early Sunday morning, features local DJs such as Zernell Gillie, KarimaKarima F, Daniel Savio, Svetlana 4Ever, Evelina Nässén and many more. Artists confirmed to play Kvarteret throughout the summer include Larry Heard, Avalon Emerson, Jackmaster, Jayda G, Natasha Diggs, Skatebård, Carl Craig, Charlotte Bendiks, Mall Grab, Mano Le Tough, DJ Seinfeld, Nina Wenström, Molø and Gerd Janson.
The Styckmästargatan-located seasonal venue is open five days a week, from Wednesday to Sunday, June through September.
